Looking north at Newhaven Harbour station we see two Sealink Ferries tied up. The nearest one is the 'Caledonian Princess'. I couldn't make out the name of the rear ship but it appeared to be two words.  Reference to the excellent http://www.doverferryphotos.co.uk site  answered to question. It is the 'Maid of Kent' Photo probably taken 30/1/82, photographer unknown.

Approaching Horley station with a Reading to Gatwick service is Metro-Cammell class 101 DMU set L842. Vehicles 53314, 59110 and 53327 make up the set.
